From Chief Billy Grogan and other members of the Dunwoody Police Department

1) If you see something suspicious, don’t hesitate to call 911. You’re not bothering the officers. They want to hear from you and check out anything that makes you feel uneasy.

2) If someone bangs on your door or rings your doorbell, come to the door and acknowledge them so they know you’re home. Don’t open the door, but don’t ignore them. They might be looking for an empty home and easy target.

3) Know your neighbors. Be nosy. Look out for one another.

4) Dunwoody Police are your partners. We’re all on the same team.
